Been shooting a lot of cocktails lately.

It was for a Serious Eats review, and a food photographer’s dream: no gawking passerby, courteous and brisk service, an abundance of natural light.

First day of work: involved the taking apart of what looked like half of a cow, prepping and tasting 14 different types of hummus, and writing about guacamole.
