Brewed through a cotton filter with a high coffee-water ratio, resulting in an extremely clean, almost underextracted brew.

Favorite espresso drink: the cortado, aka the gibraltar.

A little less that 2 ounces of espresso, a little more than 2 ounces of milk: almost a one-to-one ratio.

You can taste both the milk and the espresso; this drink makes you slow down and enjoy the sweet balance of things.

The visual appeal is also nice.

Different than the usual Chemex flavor profile, but good stuff.

Used the Kone to brew a Blue Bottle El Salvador coffee.

Some sediment was inevitable, but the coffee was full-bodied and delicious; maybe a coarser grind next time?
