Holy crap. Amazing landscape photos.
Good and Bad.
So I got into the digital photography class at Hamilton today. HURRAH! There are only 12 spots, so it’s super hard to get into. I somehow managed to convince the professor to extend the cap to 13 to include me.
It’s been fun teaching myself how to use the camera/PS, but I’m so excited to be taught the fundamentals.
But I did not realize how expensive this class was gonna be.

Right now, my schedule is in total limbo.
I’m looking to drop AT LEAST 2 classes, and adding another 3.
It’s ambitious, and there are so many things that could go wrong.
And the class that I had planned to take for sure until just yesterday… I’m thinking of dropping. Don’t ask me why. I just felt like it wasn’t what I was passionate about, or planned to do.

If you really think about it...
The chances of me getting a job I really love and doing something I’m passionate about are pretty slim.
I’m not trying to be a pessimist or anything. But statistically… that’s just how the world seems to work these days.
Don’t get me wrong. I would be absolutely ecstatic if I could make a living out of food photography/journalism or something like that. But after...
Got my first roll of film developed yesterday.
I think I’m in love.
The feel is SO different from digital pictures. Grainier. Less saturated. Just a little bit… vintagier.
And bcause I can only take one picture, and can’t see my shot immediately afterwards, each picture feels… heavier. Weightier. Worth more. Know what I mean?
I can’t Photoshop these. No cropping, tweaking the white balance, or playing around...
