Starting 2009, I picked up my first DSLR - a Nikon D80. I used that until the spring of 2012, when I upgraded to a Nikon D7000. It is what I currently use for my digital photos.
For film photography, I most frequently use a Pentax 645, because I feel that medium-format negatives offer a quality and ease-of-use that can’t be beat. I also have a Nikon FM, a Contax G2, a Yashica 124G, a Hasselblad 500C, and iPhone that are all used in rotation.
My workflow involves Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, and a local developing lab if it involves film in any way.
